I’d like to put an electric space heater in my uninsulated garage and control it along with my car’s block heater plug from Hubitat. But, I’d also like to monitor the power consumption, since the garage is uninsulated I can’t afford to just heat it all the time.
Any recommended products?
For a space heater you would want a heavy duty plug such as a ZEN15, unfortunately it only comes in a single plug model. I have not seen anything heavy duty that is a double plug, but there might be something out there.
Plus you'd want to make sure the combined amps of those two items, plus any other on the circuit, are under the circuit's capacity.
