@jonathan.r.nuttall Moxa's Zemismart driver is not the right driver for this device.
You must use this one :
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/martinkura-svk/Hubitat/main/Moes%20ZigBee%20Wall%20Switch
Install the driver first then delete ("REMOVE DEVICE" red button) and pair it again to your hub.

We could really do with a central register of drivers for specific devices because unless I've missed something, none exists on this community?
