Driver for NOUS E4 ZigBee Smart Water Leakage Sensor?

I bought one NOUS E4 to test because they are for 14,90 €

Does anyone experience getting it worked with some functional driver?
I have tried Generic Zigbee Moisture sensor and Tuya NEO Coolcam Zigbee Water Leak sensor. None of them gave me any positive responses.

I was hoping someone has made (or could make) a driver for it...
