I have a C7 and I've been trying to update from 2.37 to 2.4x (tried many version) and always after upgrading my devices stops updating status correctly, dashboard stops representing devices status and i downgrade back to 2.37 and all starts working back again...
When 2.5 came out I've tried that too and had the same result so tried to downgrade back to 2.37 just that this time I'm still facing dashboard not updating devices status correctly.
Is there something else being updated in 2.5 that doesn't downgrades when i try to return to 2.37? Drivers? Firmware? Anything? Would love to go back to 2.37 when everything worked...

do a database rebuild then shutdown hub, unplug for 1 full minute and power back up and try again
Easiest way to do a database rebuild, @Lior, is Settings>Reboot, choose Advanced options on reboot dialog, choose rebuild database and reboot. Then after the reboot shut down the hub following the process Rick laid out.

You might consider a Hub Protect subscription. That way you can back up the radio databases (local backups do not backup the radios). Glad everything is working again!
