I added a door lock today using the Generic Zigbee Lock driver and it's not showing as an available device to be added to my dashboard. I've checked the Dashboard app and the lock is checked. How do I get the lock available in the dashboard?
Did you refresh the dashboard after checking the lock?
Yes, still no luck.
I looked again and my dashboard isn't refreshing although it looks like it is. The current tiles are updating but when I add or remove devices the device list isn't changing.

If I had this issue, I would reboot my hub and see if it solved it. Did you try that?
Fixed for me by going into the "apps" > Dashboard > select the page you want to add the lock to > make sure the lock is checked added to list of devices > update > done
