I thought everything was working to weel after moving to my C-8 Pro. Today my Dome Siren is no longer reponding to chime commands or anything else. Sometime after 2:47 PM CDT. This is what I am seeing in the logs:
I tried an update from the device page and nothing, you can see the test chime and nothing plays. Don't know what is pending other than messages aren't getting to it since its a battery device. Here is the Zwave device info for it:
Any ideas on how to get it to work?
Well I did the brute force of factory reset on the Siren and trying to re-include. Include kept on failing until I saw that none of my Z-wave devices would turn on and realized the z-wave radio wasn't responding or crashed after the include command tried to execute. I had to do a, shutdown, power off power on on the Hubitat to bring the radio back online.
After that I was able to re-include the Dome Siren and then swap the old device with new device using device swapping in the config menu.
I did a "force remove" of the old device and now I have a "ghost" in my z-wave table:
So I did the refresh waited and the remove button showed up and used that to get rid of the ghost.
