Specification of Requirements
In this document, several words are used to signify the requirements
of the specification. These words are often capitalized.MUST -- Usually.
MUST NOT -- Usually not.
SHOULD -- Only when Marketing insists.
MAY -- Only if it doesn't cost extra.
