Does GE/Jasco motion switch detect light levels?

I have several GE (Jasco) motion dimmers and switches. One of the settings noticed in Hubitat is illumination. Giving me the thought (hope) these device can sense and react to light levels. For example, I'd like the lights to come on, but only if the light level in the room is below some level. Is this so, and advice on how because I have been unsuccessful so far.
Thank you.

The motion switch and motion dimmer have that capability, but the non-motion variants do not.

I know my driver exposes that parameter. I don't remember if the in-box driver does or not.

That said, the threshhold it considers "low light" is NOT configurable. The setting is ON or OFF - you can't tune or adjust it past that.

Thanks JasonJoel. Should I be able to set that as a parameter for turning on the lights? Such as turn on if lux below a value? I tried but perhaps the number I entered wasn't low (or high) enough. I don't recall except that it didn't work. I did not know if the device really wasn't relaying information or if I (probably me) didn't set it correctly.

No. It is literally an on/off option.

If the option is on, it won't turn on lights with motion when already bright (what it considers bright - again, the setpoint isn't changeable). If off, it turns on any time there is motion (assuming you are in occupancy mode).

On my driver, it is this option:

Excellent. Thank you so much. This was helpful.

It would have been great if they made the setting adjustable and/or reported lux values to the hub. But they didn't.
