I'm looking to monitor the temperature of my wood stove top, say 1000F max. Type K thermocouple I imagine. I've looked previously with no luck. Thanks.

No experience here other than doing a quick search on Arduino thermocouple and found this hit:

Tons of LoRaWAN ones, tons of Arduino / ESPHome ones, but no zwave/zigbee I know of though.
