Does anyone at Hubitat actually answer submissions for warranty claims?

Submitted ticket on Feb 28, no reply.
Submitted Ticket March 03, no reply.
A series of follow up emails. No reply.

My whole house automations have been down since the end of February, and I've paid the extra for the protect, and what? no one replies?

Welcome anyone else's advise on how long you've waited for any sort of reply from hubitat in the past?

Making me think about switching hubs all together after this one.

Sorry for the troubles. Have you checked the spam folder? Usually it takes 3 days or less to hear back on a warranty case. Is the email for your community account the same as the email you used for your case? I can check to see what happened with your case(s).

To what email address were these follow up emails sent?

Huge thank you to the support team here for taking care of this so quickly.

Looks like some wires got crossed when i replied to the original ticket.

Mods feel free to delete this thread.

Thank you all again.

Glad to hear you got your issue sorted.

Personally I think this is a positive news story and one worth leaving in place... You were frustrated by a technical issue, reached out and did not received any apparent comm's, so reached out here. The reason for this has now presumably been resolved with everyone more wiser about trying to avoid this happening again. Plus others can hopefully recongnise that if there is some apparent lack of communication there is likely a simple reason why and one that is easily remedied.

So all good in my book for leaving your story in place... But each to their own.
