I second the good find on the level sensor - I was looking for something like this back when... Looking for ideas to improve fish tank ATO (Auto Top Off) - 
Lounge - Hubitat and ended up using a magnetic float... ultimately I retired that setup because I'm using RedSea smart ATO now.
