I recently installed Hubitat app on my new IPad and recall seeing a list of associated mobile devices during that process. There were 3 instances of my cellphone in that displayed list . I made a mental note to investigate why I had multiple instances listed later. I have not been able to redisplay that list in the app despite repeated searches through the menus in the app. Obviously missing this option in my search.
Any advice to help me display this list will be much appreciated.
Also, are 3 instances of my cellphone a potential problem? Should I delete the extra instances?
look in the device page on HE to see if that is actually the case. If there are duplicates, check on your phone hubitat app settings>debug information and your phone and compare the device id to the device id of the devices on HE. Delete any that don't match

My problem was using the “DEVICES” icon on bottom of app rather than connecting to the app and listing devices from there. The “DEVICES” icon does not list Mobile App Devices.
Right. It only displays switches
To display the list on the Hubitat app on your iphone/iPad, you need to go to Settings and then on the very bottom, before the red “Logout”, click on “Select Hub”. Chose your hub and you will see the names of the devices available to select to associate. This list should match what you currently have under the devices tab for mobile devices.
