Hello,
My system has been the same for years. Suddenly, without any changes to the setup, when I go to disarm HSM, I'm getting an error that the PIN is invalid.
Now, I don't exactly remember how this is all set up, but I have HSM and Lock Code Manager installed, and the codes in LCM are correct. However, I see they are associated with only a KeypadID that belongs to a virtual keypad on an August Lock.
What am I missing and what changed?
I'm not talking about the PIN code to VIEW the dashboard, just the code to disable the alarm.
I'm on a C-7 running 2.4.3.123.
