I own three C-8 Pros. All three of them issue a BLE advertisement of the form Hubitat-C8pro-[MAC]. Is there any way to disable this?
That’s interesting because the published specs of the C-8 Pro hub do not indicate it has a BT radio.
P.S. just checked - my C-8 Pro isn’t doing this

I seem to recall a discussion that the hardware on the C-8 Pro could do BT, but it is locked out in favor of Zigbee, and it can't do both. Something like that. [Edit to clarify: Absolutely right about what is spec'ed. Just bringing this up to say what OP is experiencing is not impossible.]
It can do Thread (or Zigbee) .....
And apparently there's a BT radio, although I am unable to pick it up with my iPhone.
My iPhone 16 isn't picking it up from 3 feet away. However, my iMac from one room away picked it up.
Try using nRF Connect app.
Perhaps the OP has zigbee disabled. I tried disabling Zigbee and rebooting my C-8 Pro, and it's not advertising BT.
