I have 2 GE 14291 Z-Wave Plus switches that I'd like to direct associate. Any advice on how I do this?
Currently there is no support for doing this with Hubitat (it's not a hardware limitation; the driver to do this isn't provided). Without this, you would need some kind of device (like the once popular but no longer manufactured Aeon Minimote) that would be included in your network that also has the capability to set up associations between devices. There are some available on ebay but be advised that even some purchased 'new' in the past year or so from resellers came with bad lithium batteries. They are not designed to be user replaceable, but people have figured out how to buy replacements and solder them in. I think you could also do this with another hub (like a Vera) if it can learn the Z-Wave settings from your Hubitat network as a secondary controller.
