There are two things I see as an issue with Dimmer control.

Fade doesn't seems to work at all with "Toggle Dimmer Level". No matter what i set fade to, it results in instant on/off. (Zooz Central Scene Dimmer)

If I use "Adjust dimmer level +10"....and the light was shut off using the above ^ toggle, then the light turns on at +10 of what it was when the light was last turned. on. So if the light was at level 50 and I toggeled it off, it would turn on at 60.
This is illogical because I want it to be +10 of "what it is right now", which logically would be "zero" if the light is off. Perhaps this is related to the fade not working?
