My Hub is not working when I arrived home. The light is a very dim blue. What can I do?
You need to contact email@example.com Blue light usually isn't good (unless doing a normal reboot), need to get a ticket started

Is your UI displaying anything when you type in your hub IP address?
The "dim" part of the symptoms might be that the power supply is dying.. or is dead. Can you try another?
everything is new brand.... just a few days old
I suppose you tried disconnecting power for a couple minutes?
