I don't think this is currently possible as a feature (although I have a work around), but I have a number of scenarios where I have grouped switches together and have applied them to motion lighting. However, under certain mode conditions, I would like individual swithces to come on and not the group.
For example, I have 3 Zigbee switches in my kitchen running 3 separate LED strips. Under Modes "Evening", "Night" I want all 3 to come on when motion is detected, but under Mode of "Sleep" I would like only 1 of the 3 switches (and therefore 1 LED strip) to activate.
