The rooms feature in the mobile app isn’t finished yet, but I don’t think there’s an ETA on when they will further expand on it.

"Rooms" in Hubitat--What for?

For now, this is a foundational feature, only really of use in the UI for organizing your devices into rooms. We plan to expand the functionality in future releases.
