Device With Zooz Light Not Connected

Hi, I have a C8-Pro hub with multiple Zooz Switches added. I have rules setup to be triggered by switch on/off.
The rule does work initially, but would stop getting triggered after some period of time.
Looking at the log, it seems the switch event is not triggered and logged in the Hub.
If I use mobile app to turn on switch OR manually triggered the rule once; then everything would work again and all logging show correct.
But after waiting some period of time (hours), then no switch event would be logged and no rules would be triggered again.

Anyone has any suggestions on how to address this?

What do you mean by this? Are you getting an event from the device or are you just looking at the Rule? More information about what you see (or don't) where would help clarify.

In the Log view. When it works; physically pressing the Switch A would generate a row in the log "[Info] SwitchA was turned on"; followed by logs related to the triggered rule.
When it doesn't work; physically press the switch does not generate any log.

It seems the switch might have lost the connection with the hub?

So the exact same thing works sometimes but not other times? I'd start with general Z-Wave troubleshooting, as documented here:

In particular, look for things that can cause network problems, like nonfunctional nodes leftover from failed inclusion, large numbers of S0 devices, chatty devices in general, and so on -- see if you have any of those and if anything helps.

Thanks for the suggestion. I went through each of those. None seems to solve my issue. Not a failed inclusion; not chatty devices; etc...

My switches are all Zooz 800 series; not sure if that makes a difference.

One thing ot note is when it doesn't work; none of physical switch action generate any logs in Habitat. As soon as initiate an action from Hubitat, all switches logging and rules would all work.

Note in this screenshot, the Last Activity still shows from couple days ago. But have been using the physical switches every day.

I tried the z-wave poller; but it doesn't show any devices. Keep an empty one running; doesn't seems to have helped either.

Here's what my network looks like:

I'm having the same issue on both of my hubitat hubs, its a new setup. I have Zooz switches. I put in basic on off rules on many of them. They work fine for 10 minutes or so, and I come back later and the rules no longer work. I refresh the devices and the rules work again for a short time. Then stop again. Distance isn't a problem. I'm at a loss.

I personally think you should write up a new thread, and include more info.
Two hubs?
Same location?
What model hubs?
New setup? What does that mean?
etc.
To me, sounds like z-wave radio is getting clogged up, for whatever reason.

Thanks for the advice. I'll put together and send out a new thread

having the same issue I think. Did you start this new thread? I'm not finding it.
Basically my zooz switches are not changing state with mode changes (despite it working for years). changing the state via a dashboard or hub interface works fine.

Greg, Here is the new thead
