This device showed up and I don't know what it is. I don't remember seeing it before. It has no name or device driver. I'm I missing something? Should I delete?
Usuall the "Device" driver is used when troubleshooting a device that isn't working properly. Do you remember having a device you were troubleshooting and changed to the "Device" driver?

No. I have not been troubleshooting any devices. Can it be deleted. Or just leave it alone
Would be best to know what it actually is, first.
The "Get Info" option on the Device page should at least identify if it's a Zigbee or Z-Wave device. Open a browser tab for Logs and then try hitting Get Info and see what comes up in logs.
You could also try confirming that all of your lights/switches, contact sensors etc., are working/reporting as expected. That is a bit of a PITA depending on how many you have.
You can also take a look at your Z-Wave Details page and see if you have any odd looking entries there.
You can try changing the driver back to Yolink (or whatever you use w/those devices). Then hit the "Configure" button on the Device page and then try the device control buttons (On/Off) or whatver it is/does and see what device it controls.
No. I misread the label. Not yolink
So it's a switch, "ACT" brand/type. (Not familiar w/that.
If you tend to only have one brand of switches, change the device driver to that driver you use w/those switches, hit "Configure" and then turn it on/off from the Device page and see which light responds.
If you have multiple switch brands/types, just try each type until you find something that works and something turns on/off from the controls on the Device page.
I changed it to genetic zwave switch and it shows it's off and I can't turn on. I don't remember buying ACT devices
From the inclusters it looks like it's a Z-Wave (not plus) switch, so try changing the driver to the same driver as other Z-Wave (non-plus) switches you are using in your home.
None of the drivers work. Just will not turn on
Odd...
Post a screen shot of the entire row for the device from your Z-Wave Details page.
@junk7001 A search of the company shows they make float switches and water sensors. Does that ring a bell?
No, not at all. I have none of that type device. Only Yolink leak sensors
Its like an easter egg hunt before easter....
obviously its connected or you wouldn't have been able to get info from it. maybe look at what devices its using as repeaters...
How do I find that info?
Or how about I just leave it. All my zwave devices are working fine
i think i found it for you
