Device not availble for dashboard selection

Still getting set up on my new C8, I added my August Pro lock and it's working fine as a device. On its device page, I see events and I can use the commands to lock and unlock it. Now, I'm trying to add it to a dashboard and under Pick A Device, it is not available. What should I look at to troubleshoot this?

Go to the Apps page, find the dashboard app, the add it under "Choose Devices." Then it'll be available to add a tile from the dashboard itself.
