Device Network ID on virtual devices

When did new virtual devices start generating a random Device Network ID on creation? Great addition, and should reduce confusion for new users!

In 2.1.0. Was something @mike.maxwell and I were discussing and it was low hanging fruit.

Well it was a darn nice surprise as I was making new virtual devices to test the new RM features on my development hub.
