Victor - still losing device names in the header. Sometimes they are completely missing, sometimes I get a partial name - cut off on the left. Below is example where you can just see the "r" at the end of the device name.
Chrome, most recent version. This has been happening intermittently but consistently across several HE releases now. Just wanted to let you know it's still there. 
A refresh brings the name right back.
Aha, the little "r" showing in the first screenshot finally provides the clue. It's hidden behind the menu... before I thought "how can it not be there" and saw no scenarios for that. This explains it.
Thank you for not taking my wife's approach, and assume that most everything that goes wrong is my fault.
Glad that there is now a clue to investigate. My guess is it's Miss Scarlett, in the library, with the CSS!!
