Might someone be able to help me with understanding which file I need to upload to “device firmware update” app to update aeotec multi sensor 6 please?

Just try using the OTZ file itself - that should work fine.

Did you extract the firmware file? Should just be one package, otz or GBL usually.
I have downloaded the other file (which is single file) OTZ and this is working, thanks

The Hubitat tools might support the "HEC" files they have on the Homeseer instructions? I am not totally sure.
The main issue with these is that they are old / long-discontinued devices. Updating z-wave firmware in general has come a long way since the time of these older devices, but back then, it was pretty wild-west and arduous.
If you search the community here for updating firmware on those devices, there may be some helpful older posts.
