Device availabilty
The Lamps in picture are only visible in groups, as dimmers
i can't find it anywere else.
In dasboard there isn't , also in app when i check the list i can't find this bulbs.

For your dashboard, did you give the dashboard permission to the devices?
Apps -> Hubitat Dashboard / Dashboard Name -> Choose Devices -> Bulbs -> Done
Then, in dashboards, hit the '+' to add a new tile for your bulbs.

Be aware that not all devices will appear in every drop down. It depends on the supported devices. (Ie if an app only supports buttons, bulbs will not be in the drop down as an option.)

Also, if you are working on HE while using multiple multiple tabs or windows, don't forget to refresh the menu once you've added the device. I'm ashamed to say how many times I've been puzzled as to why the device is missing from the dropdown only to remember that the menu needs refreshing.
