Device & app stats blank

I'm running 2.3.3.135 on a C7. The app stats, device stats, and scheduled jobs logs are blank, though the others are populated. I've verified that there are columns actually selected in the display settings, and the other logs appear to be populated just fine. I noticed the issue after I did a restore from backup but I am not sure whether the problem started then or has been going on for a while. However, as I understaand it, the new restore process does a soft reset first, so likely not a corrupt database issue. The hub appears to be running cleanly otherwise.

Here's what I see:

Could it be a delay in the stats being available after the restore? Were you looking some time later, or soon after you finished the restore?

That's what I assumed yesterday... but it's been almost 24 hours.

So aren't you using your hub...? :wink:

Then that is interesting, I would have thought stats should show up as well...

Actually I see the same on my C-4 running 2.3.3.132.
Same for App Stats.

I have two other C-7's running the same version that are displaying the Device and App stats. So not sure whether it is a platform version thing....

Best I can offer is an error that appears on the hub where I see no entries (the last error, the first two appear on each hub).

I also have other hubs and they are working as expected. Weird.

I had this a few versions back (2.3.3.123) - @gopher.ny asked me for hub ID to check engineering logs. He found an issue and resolved it in the next update

Just as a sanity check, under Show display settings do you have anything checked?

Good question and yes. I tried various combinations including all checked.

What's odd though is if I check them all, after a few seconds the display settings page disappears and if I open it again only one data element is checked.

Same issue with my hub... V2.3.3.140
Any resolution to this? Been like this ever since release 2.3.3.140 (I think)
