Device & App Label not showing up on Logs

I just added some Zooz switches and for some reason, my device label is not showing up on Logs as expected:

Even though I set it like all my other devices:

Can anyone help me figure out why I'm getting this issue all of a sudden? My other devices are configured similarly and dont have this issue.

Similarly, some of my apps are having trouble showing up in the logs and just show Null:

I am running
Platform version: 2.3.9.201
Hardware version: C-8

I assume these are "Past Logs," in which case you'll want to see the note here:

Yes they are past logs as I couldn't actively monitor the live logs. Thanks for sharing the note! Problem solved! :slight_smile:
