Device 0 does not exist on this hub

Recently a GE/JASCO 28177 plug was knocked by an electrical outage. I used the Swap Apps Device to move to a spare Leviton DZPA1 and it functioned as it expected. A ghost device (no entry in the Device column in Z-Wave Details) remained. The Z-wave mesh rebuilt itself properly. I attempted to remove the ghost device and it took three days of attempts before the removal occurred.

But it appears not all traces of the ghost device were removed – a Z-wave device 0 remains. It is possible this device isn’t related to the malfunctioned plug.
(The top red circle is where a device name would be – mousing over highlighted it.)

When I click on info:
zwave4a

Also, I noticed the z-wave map is weird. I’m not sure this related to the malfunctioned device either. It shows the hub going through a non-repeating device to get to a repeating device:
zwave1a

Every device is operating correctly and without perceived lag. All rules, etc. operate as expected. I shutdown the hub and removed the power (numerous times throughout the process.) From that standpoint, there is nothing negative occurring.

C7, FW: 2.3.8.134

This is normal, the first time a device shows up in the z-wave logs the hub does not correctly attach it to the device entry. Based on the seqNo that is for device 1077

Possibly a bug but seeing an the z-wave logs is pretty much useless anyway I am sure it is a low priority fix.
