Determine matter device status

Anyway to determine where "status" is available to event on or poll for changes on each individual device? Would of been a great 'healthStatus' value to roll out with matter.

@gopher.ny or @bravenel any guidance?

Edit: I do see that http://hubipaddress/hub/matterDetails/json does dump status of all the devices so I could poll and pull that apart.

I ripped out a quick driver for what I needed. Will put it in HPM at some point, but here is the code. Would still be great to have actual events in each device. But we are here now.

As a follow-up, I did check this into HPM.

I'm really curious why it sometimes takes a long time for some Matter devices to become available in Hubitat after a hub reboot. I can understand WiFi Matter devices going offline after a WiFi reboot, but I didn't expect to see extended unavailability after a simple C8 Pro reboot.

I'll let others chase the problem, but it's real.
