Is there a way to determine the date and time of my last firmware update?
It should be in your logs. I believe it's the Hub Events tab under logs.

No problem, and I forgot to add, if you haven't looked through the different types of logs available, probably worth a moment your time just to see what's there. Sometimes the information can be useful. I think I was probably using the hub for 6 months before I realized how much info was available.
