[Deprecated] Remotec ZRC-90US Button Controller Driver (DTH)

The Remotec ZRC-90US is an 8 button Zwave button controller that supports push, hold and double tap i.e. 24 different functions.

This is a port of Eric Maycock's Smartthings DTH.
Added features:

Support for Hubitat's doubleTapped events.
Allows for testing via virtual buttons on the device page.
Can be used in conjunction with the Advanced Button Controller smartApp which also supports doubleTapped events. The built-in BC app does not support this yet.

Thank you @ericmaycock for allowing me to share this with the Hubitat community and look forward to seeing you on this side. Hope to see more of your code ported soon.
