Nope. These are separate devices (a TP-Link purchase) using a different cloud for control. Big issue is that the comms are AES encrypted - not currently implemented on Hubitat.
I am playing with AES encryption and if I ever get it working on Hubitat in a shell mode, I may buy a Tapo bulb as a test device - no promises.
