DENON AVR- Any way to send a custom text string and have it display on the TV screen?

Forgive me if this was posted somewhere but I couldn't seem to locate anything.

Does anyone know of a way to use the "SendMsg" function or some other means to send a custom string of text to a Denon AVR receiver and have it display on the screen? For example, I have a virtual switch that when turned on actives the Standard display mode on my TV's for viewing during the daytime. It uses SendMsg and the string "PVSTD" When the switch is turned off, it does the same thing but sends "PVNGT" to the Denon.

The screen will show "DISPLAY- STANDARD" or "DISPLAY- ISF NIGHT" in each case. I would love to be able to have the screen display a customized message, such as "NIGHT MODE ACTIVATED" or whatever. I have lots of other customized events on the Denon using SendMsg and would love to include custom text messages with many of them as well.

Anyone know of a command or some other way to send a string to the Denon and then have the text display on the screen? Any help is much appreciated!

Denon's APIs are well documented, but I don't see any option anywhere in the two I looked at to indicate there is any function to display a custom text on the screen other than displaying what is currently playing for a given input like USB or streaming.

Thanks for the reply! I think you're right and this is a no-go but I'll update the post if I find any kind of workaround.
