In C7 hub running 2.3.3.140 and in both rule machine 5.1 and 4.1 my delays have stoped working. I built this simple test to confirm my suspicions of the weirdness in my environment, and the light did not turn off when i set the delay and there is no off event in the logs either. I turned up logging on the piston and i see no errors and i soft reset the hub and restored from back up just in case and my delays still dont work.
Is there something else I’m missing to get delays working again?
I might suggest restoring from a backup (which does a soft reset as part of that process, though it's certainly fine to do one yourself beforehand, too), but it sounds like you've already tried that.
One thing I'd be curious of, though it won't help you much to solve the problem, just give more clues as to if/where there may be a problem: what does "Scheduled Jobs" on the App Status page (gear icon in or next to the app) say when you have a delayed action that is pending? (And does it disappear after?) There should be a job scheduled for that time if it's a rule. WebCoRE probably works similarly, though apps will vary in exactly how they do things or what they call the job. You might want to make the delay longer than 5 seconds to more easily test this.
Thx, i ran it again and both “Scheduled Jobs" and “Running Jobs” are empty on the App Status page. Oddly “App Stats” and “Device Stats” are also empty. I kinda expect something to be in there by now after the soft reset.
