You have a space or other hard-to-see character in the search box at the top of the page (which behaves differently between the two views for whatever reason). Hit "Clear" to remove it (or just remove it yourself), and you'll see all your apps again.

The contents of the search box suggest otherwise, though I don't doubt that you didn't mean to. 
It's pretty easy to accidentally put a space here, especially with touchscreens or for keyboard-heavy desktop users. This could be made clearer or perhaps a bit less persistent, and future changes my address these concerns.

I closed & refreshed the window with the same result though, so unless it’s saving that search filter between sessions?
