On one of my devices, each time I change a setting and save, I get the below message in the log. I know which device is causing the message, but don't have any idea what the message means or what to do about it. Can anyone decipher?

Looks like the device has debug logging enabled. Can you post a screenshot of the device page?
That is completely normal when you change/save parameters. The debug logs are on when you do a save, they should turn off after 20 or 30 minutes.
If you aren't having issues, you can pretty safely ignore these debug messages.
Only for built-in drivers โฆ.. perhaps @calinatlโs device is using a community or vendor-provided driver?
Sorry, forgot to add that scenario! Some of the community drivers are good about turning off like the built-in ones do, and others don't.

That is exactly what is happening even though I don't have debug logging enabled. Thank you for that added info. Did not know it turns itself on/off. Learned something.

Ok, but I'm curious and trying to learn. It means something, to someone. Who uses it. What do they do with it? What does it mean? ie:
What is "dev377"?
I get the YYYY-mm--dd HH:MM:SS.SSS
Debug means there is something?
Parse?
ZW - I guess that means zwave?
I'm entirely lost on the balance...
There are two device ids there:
377 (in decimal) is the Hubitat device id.
18 (in hex) is the node number in the zwave radioโs db.
The rest of the numbers can be deciphered from a zwave command reference:
