Hi @gopher.ny, I noticed on the release notes for a couple revs that there were fixes for a rare deadlock bug. Would this bug result in a hub that is frozen (no device control, no dashboard, etc), inaccessible, and unpingable but the green light is still on, which makes it look like it's online? The only recourse is to power cycle.
I've had this happen on rare occasions and I've seen a couple others have a similar issue.
