Dashboards will NOT load (Cloud)

Note: 3 hubs at 3 different locations.
With the new B android app the dashboards will not load (continuous circle of death). Local works great, as does the old android app. Is anyone aware of a fix in the work, as no one is mentioning this issue?

I haven't seen this come up at all recently which tells me it's not a prevalent issue.

Have you tried the following?

Ensured that all 3 hubs are present on my.hubitat.com ?

Logged out of the app and logged back in

Rebooted the hubs

Reset access token to affected dashboards?
( NOTE: THIS WILL BREAK BOOKMARKED OR SAVED TO HOME SCREEN DASHBOARD DIRECT LINKS AND THEY WILL NEED TO BE UPDATED. DASHBOARD MENU LINKS AND PER USER LINKS WILL BE UNAFFECTED)

TY..... All 3 hubs are present. Logged out and back in. I will reboot when I get there. (No idea how to reset access token to the two cloud dashboards - I searched and nothing shows up). I DO get the mode and security screen (along with the last notification) just no dashboards. I suppose that I can live with not having cloud dashboards. Such a shame as the Legacy app works great for ALL my hubs (not just local).

To reset the token go to yourhubip>>apps>>hubitat dashboards. Click on your dashboard, click on advanced, click reset token. Also clear your phone's web cache.

See other threads. If you are on .170 you have to roll back to .169. There are Wan/Cloud issues.
