Is the dashboard text template multi-line capable ?

Yes. It will automatically line break or you can use the HTML tag "< br >" (without the spaces) to insert a line break wherever you want.
(Silly me just typed it in normally at first. And guess what...I got a line break!! DUH!! :wink: :clown_face:)

Wrap it in backticks.

Is there a way to do the same thing with a Global Variable Connector displayed on the Dashboard?

I'm sorry, I don't understand the question. Why don't you put <br> in your global variable and try it out?
