The script does not seem to execute. The Tiles do not get re-ordered and the background color does not get set..
The script is loaded via a dummy tile as described in the thread I referenced
Hmmm....It's hard to say what it could be.... at least for me 
Are you on your local network and accessing the local version of the dashboard, i.e. not the cloud version?

Yes, the app is in local mode. While I am quite comfortable debugging PC based HTML apps I have no idea where to start with something on a phone or tablet.
OK Fixed it. There was error in the js (superious delete). Once I removed that it works on the iphone app too. Error has been removed from the code snippet
