Dashboard not displaying in iOS App

Hello:

I apologize if this has been asked before. I did look for a discussion but could not find.

I don't use the App Dashboard on my phone very much but just noticed that the Dashboard section of the hubitat app on my iPhone is completely blank. When I click on the settings cog at the top right of the screen on the app, the "show dashboard on opening setting" and "enable custom dashboard" are both turned on. But the URL in both is blank.

The app is iOS on my iPhone 16. The version is 2.0.9 and my hubitat version is 2.4.0.151

Any assistance or providing link to remedy is greatly appreciated.

You have to enter a dashboard URL if you want to use the custom dashboard toggle.

Turn it off and see if that resolves the issue.

Thanks for replying. I did in fact try that and did not work.

I didn’t want to have to delete the app and re-down load to. But is that something I should try?

This is likely to be a really dumb question. Do you have dashboard's on the hub? Check using a web browser by going to yourhubip>>apps>>hubitat dashboard

I apologize. I neglected to mention that yes, I have a dashboard setup for several different rooms. As well as that it had always been visible in the app. Never an issue.

I just realized today in looking at the app. Has been a month or so that the dashboards are no longer visible. Within that month there have obviously been some Hubitat platform updates and I believe one app update.

Was able to fix it. Ended up deleting and reinstalling the app. All is good.
