Not sure if this is an iPhone issue as I just upgraded to 17 and iOS26.
The dashboard icons just freeze with the hourglass. I did the latest hub update today and yet it still is not functioning. When I go into devices some of them will trigger - reluctantly. And on occasions it may take more than one press to
Trigger them on the device list.
Anyone else experiencing issues or have ideas? I removed and reinstalled the app. I removed and made new tiles. Neither has helped.
The time-based events that I have programmed are operating properly though.
I reported May 26 (so almost 4 months ago) that the 1st column cannot be pressed on my iPhone 16 Pro with an EZ dashboard (Classic works just fine). I got a question or 2 that I answered and then crickets. I can't even get them to acknowledge it is a general problem. There is a similar issue with my iPad. If you want to see my rather ignored thread just search for iPhone left column.
I am not sure if this will help you but I just restored my hub back three versions and the dashboards came back to life. So I guess I am stopping the firmware updates forever unless someone has another angle to explore?
It sounds like the dashboards are just showing a symptom of what are really device issues. When you say "some" of the devices trigger - reluctantly, that doesn't sound like a working device with a solid mesh. When a device is reluctant to change state, you will see the hourglass in the dashboards, as it is just waiting for the attribute to update in the driver. Changing a device state using a dashboard icon is the same as pushing the command button in the driver.
Good that restoring fixed the issue, but it sounds like it fixed your mesh or devices that were having issues, not the dashboard, per say.
It would help to mention the protocol of the devices that drop off, and the hub version that caused the issues, among other things, to help people troubleshoot your issue.
As far as it being an issue with the mesh or devices - it puzzles me that the programmed routines continued to working flawlessly when the dash board did not.
I took the hub back to a June timeframe firmware (just grabbed one that was a couple generations back from the latest update) and everything came back to life on the dashboards.
