I have a zooz relay 17 that if I manually go and change the on off status in the device settings, I can do that rapidly. However, I have a tile set up for it on the dashboard and anytime I operate it I get a hourglass and I can turn it on and off once only then it stops responding, if I completely refresh the dashboard, I can do it again, but only on and off once. It also doesn’t update the status and stays on hourglass. It used to work and show the correct status. Any help is appreciated.
Double-check what template is currently being used for the tile, is it a switch or something else? Check this by clicking the 3-dots in the corner of the tile (you may need to turn them on in the dashboard Settings, if they are hidden).
