I am using the zooz multi relay, and then the zooz garage door opener app.
Both units operate through devices as using either the multi relay or the garage door device (as created by the app).
When I add them to the dashboard one shows as a question mark, and the other as the proper garage door - but in orange (not green/red).
I have them both set to the device (created by app) and garage door control.

Have you cycled both doors using the relay devices themselves? After messing around with my GDO setup, I usually need to do a cycle like that to get everything "synced" up.
Not sure about the orange color thing... Are both tiles set as "Garage (Control)" devices?

I've cycled a few times with the relay, and definitely set to garage (control). No bueno.
Odd that I'm having two different issues (question mark and orange).
What does "Current States" on the device detail page for each device look like? There is likely an attribute missing for the device that shows as a question mark.
The color probably follows from this--likely different colors based on different attribute values, but the attribute it's looking for isn't there. (But you are using some custom CSS, so something else could also be going on.)

Yes check the Current States on the virtual door device created by the app.
I am using the same setup as you, works fine here.
You should have these two atrrbiutes
Using the Driver/Type "Zooz Garage Door"
You could also turn on debug logging for the virtual device and the garage door app to see what is happening when you open/close the door.
