Dashboard issue: can't add new tiles/devices

Hello,
When I click the "+" sign I see a list of devices to add that is limited to the devices already existing in the given dashboard instance... Is this something you're aware of or do you need screenshots so you can try to reproduce what looks like a bug? Let me know if I'm missing something. I was able to add new tiles in the past, seeing the list of all my existing devices on the hub...

Check step 5 and see what devices you have authorized for a given dashboad

Before you go to the trouble of posting screenshots, in the dashboard app settings, are you selectively sharing devices are have you set the toggle to share all?

How does one get to "step five"? I have two established dashboards and have just added a new device. I'd like to add a tile for this but it's not populating in my list? How do I do this? Thank you.
