Dashboard feature request: Provide a way, via the web interface, to insert a row or column in an existing dashboard, shifting existing tiles down or right of the new row or column.
Rationale: In the absence of a true graphical interface for dashboard editing (ie., drag'n'drop tile placement), updating an existing dashboard is tedious or requires editing the JSON layout. Enabling the insertion of rows & columns would alleviate some of this difficulty and be less difficult to develop than updating the entire dashboard interface.
