Apple iPad Pro, mobile Safari, IOS 12.2, Hubitat V2.0.8.113
When tiles are updated, either by touching them or by the device being changed externally, the contents of the tile changes. These examples are dimmers and switches but it happens to the other tile types as well.

This is odd. I can't reproduce. Is this inside the iframe in the hub UI by chance or via a direct link to dashboard?
Also, feel free to go to advanced, layout and send me your layout via pm or send me a cloud link so I can see if its something that can be replicated.
PM sent. Also, I have an iPad Air that was on IOS 12.1 that worked correctly but as soon as I updated it to 12.2 the tiles showed the shift when they change.
Yeah, seems to be a safari issue, if you set a row height the problem will go away. However, should have a fix for this in 2.0.9
Thanks for the quick detective work! I have a fair number of dashboards and I view them on several devices with different screen resolutions and aspect ratios so I'll probably stick with auto fit and the slight annoyance for now.
Just to add my 2 cents, It happens for me on my Macbook pro Safari and my shortcut to my iPhone. What I didn't see above, is that it actually disables the dashboard after one click, so I have to reload the browser to get it back. Basically shifts everything up, turns it to show active, then locks up. Works fine after I set the row height (away from auto fit), so if anyone is having that issue it worked for me.
Sorry, for clarity, shifts that specific button up. I can click other buttons after the single button is locked up but not the same button again. Hope that makes sense.
A workaround is to set a row Height in the settings and this will be fixed in 2.0.9
