This will fix the biggest complaint I get from my family and will be ordering tonight.

The final picture on the zen32 shows an icon of stairs. Did I miss a list of available icons on their website?

here it is;

For custom order / Do It Yourself (DIY), please enter “custom” in every lines below. We will send you instruction and the template with buttons positions so you can use your own pictograms, icons, fonts and more.

Email them and ask - they are responsive and good peeps to deal with. I ordered a Z32 plate from their eBay site a while back, and it turned out really nice overall.

I regret not asking for black etching though; unfortunately, the gray lettering didn't pop enough for the location I needed it in, but I can appreciate that lighter shade (vs straight black) is better visually in most circumstances.

Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

As long as you never change your automations... :slight_smile:

I prefer printing text on clear film and attaching to my Picos. Not quite as pretty, but local control is a MUST for HE users, am I right?! :wink:

That's not going to pass around here.

If I could find reasonable custom engraving for picos that would be amazing.

I'll probably do this. Smarthome used to provide custom etching for their keypadlincs, and I miss that professional look. I have some Zen32's, and this will look a lot nicer than my current labeling solution...

That's one I primarily use that is particularly messy...hers look nicer. Damn hard to fit much on buttons 2, 3, and 4!

A little expensive. For switch labels maybe Waterslide decal paper would work. Use in printer, print, cut out and apply to switch. You would have to add or spray a clear coat over the rocker so it doesn't wear off. I haven't tried it, but worth a try.

Worst case, if you mess it up, they sell the switch plates for 4.95$, I spent way more than that to try something and fail :sunglasses:

hey that's us! :slight_smile:

it was a fun journey.
We were forced to switch our business away from insteon. found zooz zen32 that were like a insteon keypad and our $10k laser engraver was able to engrave nicely on those too. and found hubitat to be the best hub.
then we sent an engraved zen32 to zooz staff. they loved it and asked: "do you have a transactional website we can refer people to?" we didn't had one. so we created one. and they promoted our new website in their social media, their websites and in their email campaign yesterday.
I have been going to the post office everyday this week :slight_smile:
