Just got my c8 pro after my c7 zigbee failed. I am stuck on basically the first step of migration which is backing up. I followed the instruction but get the error that is in the picture. Anyone else have this and know what to do?
Given that you say your zigbee radio failed, and the fact that your backup is failing at the zigbee backup stage Iād suggest disabling the zigbee radio and then doing a shutdown with power removal, before restarting the hub and trying the backup again.

That makes sense. I did a manual backup and restored it on the new hub and everything seemed to have moved over.. not even sure if anything works. The bigger issue is none of my z-wave didn't move over. I assume the local backup is different than the migration backup?
i will disable zigbee and try again first.

Ok got the backup done. I guess it backs up zigbee first, then zwave, but if one fails it just stops the backup process. restoring from cloud now. Thank you
